COMMUNITY STANDARD

A safer summit starts with clear expectations.
First AI Summit is committed to a welcoming, respectful, and accessible experience for everyone. These standards apply to attendees, speakers, sponsors, volunteers, vendors, staff, and anyone participating in summit-related spaces.
01 — Respect and inclusion
Treat every participant with dignity. Make room for different backgrounds, identities, abilities, disciplines, and levels of experience. Disagreement is welcome when it is thoughtful and directed at ideas—not people.
02 — Expected behavior
Be considerate in conversation, respect personal boundaries, follow venue and staff instructions, credit the work of others, and ask before photographing or recording individuals. Keep shared spaces usable and accessible.
03 — Unacceptable conduct
Harassment, intimidation, discrimination, stalking, unwanted sexual attention, deliberate disruption, threats, violence, or sustained interference with another person’s participation will not be tolerated. This includes conduct in person, online, and through summit communication channels.
04 — Reporting a concern
If you experience or witness a concern, contact a clearly identified summit staff member or the venue security team. Reports will be handled as promptly, discreetly, and fairly as possible. Retaliation against anyone who raises a good-faith concern is prohibited.
05 — Enforcement
Organizers may take any action reasonably necessary to protect participants and the event, including warnings, removal from a session or venue, revocation of credentials without refund, and referral to venue security or local authorities.
06 — Event policies
Tickets are issued to the registered attendee and may be subject to identity verification. Schedule, speakers, and venue details may change. Recording, press access, sponsor activations, accessibility requests, refunds, and data handling are governed by the terms shared during registration and by applicable law.
